Hi I pre ordered the watch 5 and its due to be released tomorrow (26th Aug) and I haven't had any updates on this at all since my confirmation email does anyone know when I will receive the watch

I ordered new Samsung flip 5 phone, I didn’t get any email or messages, but just logged into my DPD app and saw it’s being delivered today. You may want to check this as I didn’t get a updated or time slots.

Yay. Just got my delivery, please sign up to DPD app using existing EE mobile number to see your delivery schedule.
on the side note, I’m interested in buying watch 5 pro but the price plans is very high. Is it possible to get a watch without any data from EE? And use Bluetooth? Or does it needs to be on a separate sim plan?

You can connect the watch via Bluetooth, if you want to use the watch with cellular you would need a data plan for £7 per month to use the phone's allowance for calls and texts and you would have 10GB of data for the watch.

My Watch 5 arrived today. My issue is that have had no communication about it (not even an initial confirmation email) meaning I have no proof of purchase to claim my Galaxy Buds from the Samsung Website. The only bit of paperwork I have is the delivery note. But I suspect that Samsung won't accept that as it says the paperwork needs to show the order date.
Does anyone at EE have a way of me getting an proof of purchase email?

Samsung would need a copy of order confirmation and the delivery note to process your claim. If you've checked your spam/junk folder and still can't find a confirmation email, I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team who can send you a proof of purchase document by email.
