Hi Pre-Ordered a Samsung S25 256GB  online via EE had an email with order number, when I check order update it never changes been waiting 2 weeks now and nothing changes. Could you give me an update. tried phoning EE but was just put on hold for ages and gave up.

@Chainsaw1985  This public forum doesn’t have access to your EE account, what you’ve ordered or even knows who you are.   You have to call customer support.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I upgraded my phone and pre ordered the s25 ultra on Jan 27th and received it Jan 31st..I'd definitely give them a ring and ask what's going on.
