I have renew my phone for the Samsung galaxy S23 plus in cream. EE saying that they are waiting for that colour to come in stock, but the ETA has already passed & can get any ideal when it will become available?

As far as I can see, that phone is in stock and expected to be dispatched within one day. I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check your order for you.
