On the 3rd of March I ordered the Samsung S25 Ultra, I paid the upfront amount but until now they haven't said anything and the code to track the order isn't working. Can I know when the order arrives?

If tracking is not working you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about delivery.
I would suggest downloading the DPD app as well.
