Order cancelled

Hey,

I just order a mobile phone an iphone on contract. And got a mail of my order details, after that got a message that order is cancelled. Why so?

No reason at all, also the money is not refunded back to my account till now.

I have to apply for refund or it will be automatically done?

It will be done auto. In fact it is probably pending at your bank & when EE don't apply for it it will be auto reversed.
