Hi,
I placed a order on the EE store online on Sunday the 23rd March for these earbuds as they were on offer, I phoned the contact for the Tech Store twice and twice I was told it going to be put through but I've heard nothing via text, phone or email and now the price has gone back up.

The best people to speak to for an update is the store team that you have previously spoken to. They can access the store order and let you know if this has been processed and when you can expect the order to arrive.

Did you receive an email and order number when you placed the order?
When was the last time you spoke to the team? Did they advise how long it would take to process the order?

I received a email with a order number.
I spoke to the team on 27th and I was told they put a note pushing it forward and I would get a notification end of day Friday, when I heard nothing at around 4PM on Friday 28th I phoned again and said they pushed it forward again but I still haven't heard anything.
