I purchased my Samsung S25 Ultra online on Sunday with the view of claiming the free watch however it's asking for an invoice and proof of purchase. How do I find my invoice for the order? Thanks.

As @Chris_B mentioned, often your delivery note can be sufficient for a proof of purchase, but this is something our team are able to supply you with as well.
If you give us a call, they'll be able to get this popped over to you via email with all the details they need.

Your invoice will be in your documents or have you checked your spam/junk folder to see if there is anything there?

Hi! Thanks for the reply.
I've checked all those and there's no invoice. And there's nothing on the delivery note either. I've emailed EE to see if they can send me it.

EE do not have email, you would have to ring customer service, not sure what email you used, but you would still have to ring them for the invoice which is chargeable to send out to you, not free.

@Zoze8588 On the delivery note that’s was inside the packaging does it state what the device is ? That’s the receipt

I used the customer order number on the delivery note and a picture of the delivery note and they've just accepted my claim!
