I have ordered a new smart watch, I made the order through the app, as an upgrade to my current watch. I have not recieved any type of confirmation email, and I can't recieve an SMS as the phone number they're trying to use is the phone number of the watch. I can't recieve SMS on the watch, I can only read ones sent to my phone that the watch is connected to.
How am I supposed to recieve an SMS to a device that can't access them?
DPD tried to deliver the new watch today. Anyone got any idea how I am supposed to get it? I don't even have an order number as I never recieved an email.
I did speak to EE at the weekend, to confirm that the order had actually gone through. I was told they had my email address wrong, baffling, especially as I use my email address to log in to my account.
Help.

You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.
If you call Customer Care Contact Us | Help & Support | EE a guide raise a request to update the contact mobile number for the DPD PIN.
They can also update the contact email address for your account.

Thanks, both of those links you offered require an order number. Which I said, I don't have, it was never emailed to me. I'll just call 150 tonight.
You'd think a communication company would have multiple methods for communicating with them. A simple email address that everyone can request help from would be ideal and would make EE world leaders in customer service. But no, we have the same old FAQ section, which is useless and I now have to call 150 and wait half an hour to speak to someone.

Yeah, you'd need to contact Customer Care team to retrieve your order number if you didn't receive the email.
Once you have the order number you can use the link to track it.
Although, now it's with DPD, it may be worth downloading the DPD app instead so you can track the actual delivery.
