Ordered a mobile Phone, but haven't received delivery details

I ordered a Google Pixel 7a (Sea) on Sunday, but since then haven't reeived any communication from the EE team regarding the delivery. It mentioned the device would be delivered in 1-3 working days, but no details about the delivery. The order number fails and suggests it's invalid and cannot track or see the order in my account.

We have no access to individual orders on the community, as you have ordered on the EE Store, to get the order looked into you would need to contact the store team using one of the contact options showing on the Contact us page.

Thank you for your response.

I tried contacting the team, but the only option I get on the EE store, is either email or request a callback.

I have already done "Request a callback" twice, and it mentions we would reach out to you in 16 hours, but haven't receved any response, and the order is stuck in the processing state.

Did you purchase the phone outright or order it as part of a contract?

What does your order number start with? Please don't post the full order number.
