Good morning,

How do I know when or if my Pay Monthly SIM will arrive or even if I have been accepted.

I have a Successful EE order email

@MatthewHartley  The sim will arrive in the post it’s sent out 2nd class Royal Mail. If your order is denied, then you’ll receive a email stating this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

So even with a order confirmation stating my plan, there is still a chance they won't accept me onto the SIM plan?

Occasionally if there are any mismatches with the details you've provided we'll send you out an email recommending you get in touch with our digital sales team.

If there are any issues we'll usually let you know though; when was it you placed your order?

I placed the order on Saturday the 23rd.

Please don't share this number in full, but when you placed your order did you get an email with an order reference number starting XK?

The order number start with XK.
