I ordered a ipad a16 on the 13th i ordered it to the ee store near me so i could go and collect it but I haven’t heard anything back about it and it’s now the 18th

Have you tried contacting the store near you? We would have no idea, this is not customer service, no access to accounts or know who you are.
Where did you order it from and how? You could also ring customer service and see if they have an answer.

I ordered it online and chose to get it delivered to a store and I haven’t heard anything tried ringing 150 and got no were

It sounds like your order may be on back-order, which means we will update the order and send an email with details once your device is in stock.
Which colour/size version did you order?

Hi @Ali_A It just said silver iPad a16 11 inch I think

Thanks for confirming. Silver is the only colour that has been in stock for the A16, so we'd expect your order should have been processed and delivered by now.
Do you have the order reference number when you initially placed the order online? You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.
If you don't have it, you can call Customer Service who will also be able to check the order is on your account and the status of the delivery.
Also, it's worth downloading the DPD app, which should show the details of the tracking and delivery details when you log in.
Alternatively you can contact the store directly who will be able to confirm if it's available and ready to collect.
