Ordered a SIM free pixel 8a on 15th of November. Says ordered confirmed and have took the money from my account but hasn't been dispatched. Says usually within 21 days. Can't get through to anyyto speak to about order. Why is it taking so long???

Likely becase there is no stock. 

When your delivery is due DPD will text you. You should download the DPD app.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
Why advertise and take money if there is no stock. At the very least it
should be mentioned on the website that there is no stock so you know what
you are getting in to
