SIM card not arrived

Hi all, I ordered a new SIM card on 14 April. I had an email to say EE had received my order and to expect a text telling me of delivery. It is now 22 April and I’ve heard nothing since. Are there delays with SIM cards or has my order got lost? I have a tracking number in the email but because it isn’t an actual phone being delivered, the tracking number doesn’t work. I’m getting a bit worried now as I’ve brought the SIM for my kid’s birthday and I’m thinking it might not arrive in time.

Thanks for coming here. 

SIM Orders should take no longer than 5 working days to be delivered by Royal Mail. 

As the 5 days have now passed, I would suggest getting in touch with our mobile care team who can get this looked into for you.
