so i need to wait a week or so to get a sim? can i cancel better off getting one from the shop..

I completely understand how frustrating it must be waiting for your Sim card @Ghostridaz 

Was it a pay as you go or Pay monthly sim card? 

If you have access to another phone you can call on 07953966150. 

 

 

Pay monthly. If I could phone out i wouldn't be here talking to AI, hoping a human reads it before the weekend then ill need to wait till next week

No nothing ? Just accepted my direct debit said thanks , we'll start charging 15th and that's all I've got   stayed off work today and yesterday so I didn't miss it, dont even know if they've maybe sent it to wrong g door 

Santa might get the parcel to post whilst he's doing the rounds

As we don't have access to account details here on the community you will need to speak with one of our guides, you can find a link above on Katie's reply. 

If you prefer you can pop into your local EE store with proof of I.D and you will be able to get a SIM card in there.

I got one from another provider this morning,  I've still got my fingers x for santa though usually he pulls through
