Hi I placed a preorder over a week ago and still have not had an update for delivery date. Anybody know when these are being despatched to customers?

We are working to get these out to customers on a first come, first served basis, as and when we receive stock.

I upgraded my phone and pre ordered the s25 ultra on Jan 27th and received it Jan 31st, definitely ring and ask what's going on.
