S24 ultra order

Hello, I have ordered s24  ultra 22 December, it has been dispatched within 24 hours however not been delivered until now. Is this normal case during Christmas period?

DPD are closed for Christmas and only started back up on the 27th but will be closed again for the new year. 

I suggest you download their app to check your order status as there will inevitably be delays in delivery.

I contacted EE and my phone has been delivered few days ago to the store
