Returns Package Arriving Before iPhone?

Hi all

Anyone had this before? The email saying they want the device returned by a certain date (and that they've sent the returns package) yet haven't yet dispatched the phone?

Absolutely not going to be spending another hour and 20 minutes on hold to not get around the speaking to someone, wasted enough of my life the last week trying to do that!

Usually you have 14 days to return the handset once received - Your contract won't be activated until the handset is dispatched - Usually they'd cancel the order and not ask you to return it though.

May be worth calling them back and asking to cancel the order if they haven't already dispatched it.

Never the less, you'll have 14 days to return it upon delivery.
