  • Hi has anyone been waiting for their trade in return packaging? Time is running out for me and seem to be getting passed on.

Welcome to the community,

If you requested the return packaging for the trade in, you will be ok, as they have this on record and once the packaging arrives, return your trade in, the date you requested it is what counts, so down to EE when you receive the return packaging.

Hi 👋🏼 thank you! But I’ve contacted the guys who are the 3rd party and they are saying they don’t recognise my e mail address even though it’s what I correspond with EE with?? 
Im just concerned I’ll be in trouble. Apparently I’ve got 3 days to return it! 
Wondering why they don’t send out the return package when they post your new mob …..
