Returns Pack Not Received

Hi I recently upgraded my phone and received the new hand set but haven’t received a returns pack to send back my old phone. 

Can anyone help with this please it’s been 1 week since I’ve had my new handset and I don’t want to be charged for both if it’s not sent back etc

Welcome to the community,

If EE know you are returning your old phone, then you should be ok, as that will be on their records, Return packages are sent out by second class post. If you are at all concerned ring customer service and they can take a look for you.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
