Returns Bags

Hi - i have received a mail asking for me to return some kit, which I am happy to do, but I haven't received any returns bags. Any advise on where I can get these from.

Hi @Qixi_deng If you bought your device directly from us within the last 14 days, you can return your phone via this webform or you can give our returns team a call on 150 from your phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

I logged into my account but I can't find a "return your kit" option to tell you that I haven't received the bags.

Hi.

I've also received an email asking me to return some equipment but I've not been sent a returns bag. To quote the email:

Haven't received your returns bag?
We'll send you a replacement, free of charge. All you need to do is log into your account and select Return your kit.

Now I'm following up getting a returns bag...

BUT Please can the email be changed as there is no place that I could find after logging into my account where I could select 'Return your kit.'

Again, to be clear my issue is not how to return, or how to get a returns bag, it's that the email is wrong or lacks correct information. Please correct the email.

Are you returning EE broadband or EE TV equipment? 

If so, you should receive the returns bag within 7 days, did you receive the email over 7 days ago?
