Hi I'm looking for some help, I ordered the quest 3s, it was sent out in October but I was unable to accept it as I could find my daughter's tablet that had my code on it so DPD took the parcel back, normally they try to deliver again but they didn't I tracked my parcel and it said it was being returned to EE, it's now the end of November tracking still says it's being returned to EE and I'm now being charged for the item which I don't have what do I do?

I would suggest ringing customer service, as we have no idea who you are and no account access and they should be able to see what has happened.
