Hi, 

I returned my contract on Thursday, which arrived at EE return centre on Friday, I was sent an email saying this will take 48 hours to account management to be actioned and we will send you a confirmation text. I have heard nothing since and starting to get a little concerned.

48 hours have passed and still have no idea why it’s taking this long to sort the handset, my bill is sent to me on the 21st and I won’t be paying for a returned contract if EE can’t even be bothered to fix it within the timeframe provided.

Were you returning an upgrade or a full contract? 

If you've not yet received any communication to confirm the return has been accepted it may be best to call Customer Service team who will be able to check and confirm.
