I have missed my order once and now it says its on the way back to EE. Can someone please help me with best way to get my upgraded phone thanks

Welcome to the community,

If you missed the delivery of your order and it has gone back to EE, you will have to wait until EE receive your order back and they have changed your plan back to your old one before you can order again. You should receive notification from EE, then you will be able to order again.

Please make sure that you have the DPD App, as once you order again, so long as the details are the same as what EE have, you will receive updates once DPD have your order and are ready to deliver, this will be the evening before delivery and one on the day of delivery with a one hour window, you can also change the date and possibly time if not suitable.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
