Ordered iPhone on Thursday 30/5 which was confirmed and apparently dispatched. Received DPD tracking but then return to consignor request by EE ?? Now Tuesday- 4/6/24 and no phone still , DPD tracking shows it’s now going back to EE.
NO communication from EE , no phone , very unhappy NEW customer who probably won’t become a NEW customer if things don’t improve .
Tried calling EE last night and apparently they will call me back but that hasn’t happened either !
