No delivery update and no tracking reference

I put an order in for an iPhone 14+ on Thursday (30th May) which was confirmed on the EE tracking page as being dispatched on the Friday morning. Since then I've heard nothing. No tracking number for DPD and no contact from DPD. EE says they can't give me anymore information other than it's dispatched and DPD can't help me as I don't have a reference. Surely EE are provided a reference when it is dispatched?!

Welcome to the community,

Can you please provide us with the colour and storage size of the IPhone please?

One of our staff may be able to take a look, but here we cannot actually look at the account, as we do not have access and do not know who you are.

I would strongly advise to keep a look-out at the DPD app, as you should receive updates of when it will be delivered the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

Welcome to the community. 

I have checked the delivery timescales and can see this phone is available to order, and to expect despatch in more than 28 days. 

Once the order has been dispatched, DPD will be in touch with tracking details for the delivery.

The EE tracking page is saying that the order has already been dispatched
and has said so since Friday.
I guess I'm just going to have to keep waiting for DPD to get in touch.
