My phone was back to Ee on Monday 20th but it still hasn’t been scanned and I can’t order another phone until it has been scanned. Anyone know how long this takes? I was told over the phone it can be up to 48 hours and it’s been more than that now.

hello bethjesssx, im in the same situtation, my phone is on its way back to EE from DPD and im just waiting for them to confirm it so i can order a new free upgrade. Just wondering, how long did yours take? Need my new phone asap haha.
