I purchased a pair of headphones for my husband for Christmas but realised after I ordered, they were the wrong colour. The email said that orders can’t be cancelled but you can return this when you receive them. I received the order and then tried to start a return. It said only I could only return this to a DPD depot but there’s no DPD depots in my area so I called instead. The person on the phone said they set up a return for me and I should receive a label that I can use with Royal Mail within 72 hours. I’m still waiting for that email to arrive. Does it take this long to receive a return label from EE? Is there any other way to get label or even the returns address. I’m in Northern Ireland and nobody seems to know how to help

Hi @Emers,
Welcome to the EE Community
Sorry to hear you need to return your headphones. You should be able to return your package the normal way, which is to either be sent out a package in the post to send it back, or a label sent via e-mail to package yourself. It is normal for it to take up to 72 hours for the return info to come through.
When you call up and speak to a guide they then take the details of the order and send it on to our returns team who will actually then process the return and send the label etc. So it can take up to 72 hours from a guide raising it to a member of our returns team processing it.
Keep an eye out on your e-mail inbox and the return details should come through with the instructions within that 72 hours.

I did speak to someone on Thursday morning who completed the returns form and told me I’d receive an email in 72 hours but I still haven’t received an email yet unfortunately.
