Hey!
I ordered a new phone contract today and it went all through, did the credit check questions and nothing came back unsuccessful.
I got an email with an order number saying if we need anything will be in touch but also the subject on the email says “please call us to discuss” but doesn’t state why in the actual email.
just a generic order confirmation. Do I call EE then or just wait to hear?

I called and they said everything is fine currently they dont need any further information as it would state that in the email or I would've gotten a text about
she said to wait a few days maybe
