Replacement SmartHub Delayed

My SmartHub stopped connected a week ago, an engineer was out the next day confirming that it was a issue with the SmartHub and placed the order for a new one. The estimated delivery was two days ago but it still hasn't arrived. Tracking the order shows that it is marked as awaiting dispatch - delayed. It has been this way for two days. I understand that delays happen, but at this point we'll be without home interent for over a week by the time it arrives.

If you're getting an update on the tracker then it sound like we may just be awaiting further stock, but we don't have account access via these forums to check for sure. 

If you get back in touch with our team though, they should be able to double check everything showing at our end.
