Trying to complete a purchase and as a new customer I try to order and bring me to a screen where I need to ‘link’ an account, I don’t have a Device to link or broadband.. I have registered into the community but yet still does not take me further.. needs to be fixed as I cannot proceed with a payment with my account I just created.. any help?..

@Jack-Yates : What are trying to buy? You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan. That's why it's telling you to login to upgrade your existing plan or add another device. You have neither of these.

Hi @XRaySpeX I’m trying trying to check out the sim only deals, I’ve only ever been with Vodafone and looking to switch as my contract is coming to an end but I am restricted as previously stated with the registration of the account and linking them with devices and numbers or broadband which I do not posses

Don't login to your MyEE before going to the EE Shop. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.
