Regarding recent orders

I have ordered a device today from ee when i call them for further updation of my order they said am not eligible for this particular device. So, I ask them to cancel it. But I didn't got any mail saying its been canceled and also I have paid 30 GBP for that. I didn't got my refund back.

Hi @Liyaann,

It will take 5-10 working days to receive the refund back to the payment method you used when registering.
