Google watch delivery

Hi there, I ordered a Google watch back on Monday (17/07/23) in the hopes it would be here before I went on holiday on Friday. It said dispatched within one day, and that it was in stock, in spite of this I've heard absolutely nothing from EE or DPD and with me going away, I'm pretty anxious that it's going to show up while I'm not there. What are the chances it'll be delivered? Or even hearing something from EE or DPD?

Are you able to see anything in the online order tracker?

Have you not contacted EE before in the last 5 months to chase up the order? It seems like a long time to have waited to hear anything 😲

If you can't see anything in the order tracker, get in touch with customer service who will be able to advise further.

Hi, that was a typo meant to say July not February 🤦‍♀️

 

I've tried the order tracker everyday this week and still heard nothing and it just comes up with an error message, tried it on the app and my browser 

Ahh haha. I was beginning to think you didn't want the watch after all 😂.

As it's only been a few days, I would wait until next week.
If you still haven't heard anything from EE or DPD then give them a call.

DPD will text you by 11am on the day of delivery.
