Twice I tried to get a mobile twice I paid £30 - I want the refund I was promised £60 please !!!!!
Happy enough to take my money but not to give it back !!!

How long ago did you place your orders? Did you receive emails to say the orders were unsuccessful?
The upfront payment you made at the time of your order was only a pre-authorisation for the payment, which is held as "pending" with your bank.
As your application has not been successful we will not take the payment, so your bank/card issuer will automatically release the Pending Payment back to your account. They usually do this after 10 working days.
Only your bank will be able to release it any quicker.
If your bank has not released the pending payment after the 10 working days, please contact our Contact Us | Help & Support | EE who will be able to look into this for you.
