I ordered an APPLE WATCH S10 on Monday
I received an email as confirmation of the order but no order number, so had to phone to get that in order to track the package.
I got home yesterday to find a delivery had been attempted and they would try again today.
I’ve had to get time off work to be in for the delivery, when he arrived he  asks me for a PIN, which I haven’t received, so he couldn’t leave my parcel.
I’m am very dissatisfied and disappointed with EE service. They have spoiled the excitement of receiving a new watch.
The PIN was apparently sent to my watch number but it’s paired to the phone?
Next delivery will be next week  but assuming they can be bothered to send me a PIN.

@LindaT60  download the DPD app create an account and you’ll be able to track your delivery and on there and you’ll see the four digit pin that you need to provide to the courier.   

EE don’t always send this pin which isn’t great. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
