Hi,
In January, i mistakenly paid a new sim when I tried to top up. I didn’t know what to do so I looked in the forum for advice and found the someone which had the same problem as me, and I answered his message by saying that the same thing happened to me.
Later that day, EE send me a text saying I’ll get a refund ( I assumed they saw my reply to the message). I haven’t received my refund till now.
what can I do?

The EE staff on here have no access to your account they don’t know your true name or your phone number to send such a message.

EE would never offer you a refund for anything based on what you say on this user discussion forum. They wouldn't even know who you are. The refund offer you received must have come about for some other reason, if it's to believed, like you asked CS for a refund.
