I received my order but didn't get a receipt.
How do I get a receipt for my purchase.

Your proof of purchase would usually be in the form of a confirmation email when the order was placed.
If you haven't got this, give our customer service guides a call as @Schockwave mentioned, and they'll be able to get one emailed over to you.

@Tree2025 ,this is not customer service, we have no idea who you are, this is a public forum, so we cannot provide you with proof of purchase, but if you look either via the website or EE App, you should be able to find the documents or you will have to ring customer service for them to provide you with proof of purchase.
You should however have received a note in the package which is the proof of purchase, if that was not the case, then please speak to customer service by pressing option 2, which should get you through to one of the guides.

I think we have our wires crossed. I thought this was a way to reach out to customer service, apologies. I did not receive any receipt or note etc in the package or box etc.
