I ordered and upgraded 15 days ago does it usually take this long to come?

@Pjmcil41  Of its out if stock and there are back orders to fulfil first then yes.

I can have a look at the stock to see if it is out of stock, and if it is, the estimated time for it to be dispatched.

Can I take the model you ordered, including the colour and storage size, and the date the order was placed.
