Received my phone but no sim card

I’ve just received my new IPhone 13 but there was no SIM card in the pack that arrived. However it is itemised on the delivery note.

 

Also, I haven’t received any confirmation emails etc since placing the order online

 

Can someone please reassure me that everything is ok.

called up and everything resolved. Blown away by being able to download a sim and get going there and then… no actual sim required now. Excellent.

@Ingenious   Does your current SIM card fit in your new device?     Does your EE account show your new tariff? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

i was with 3 and upgraded from iPhone XS.

 

I can’t set up an ee account yet because I haven’t received an email confirmation or a sim to get an order number or mobile number

If you have no SIM card in the packaging, please give us a call on 0800 956 6000, the team will get a SIM card sent to you and let you know the account details to set up your My EE.
