Upgrade order

I ordered an upgrade on my account for 2 devices. One was ordered over a week ago and the other was fine this morning. Both where upgrades and showed 14 day dispatch for them both. Why has my order from this morning already being delivered and the other from over a week ago still has no sign of showing up. Any help would be gratefully appreciated

@LPJH987   What devices ? Model? Colour? Storage size ?

Both were a 64gb iPhone 11. Green one was ordered 11/6 and a yellow one was ordered this morning

As both phones were a different colour, dispatch times will vary.
