Hello!My husband tried to sign up for an Ee subscription and get an iPhone 17 Pro Max. £50 was withdrawn from his account, after which his request was denied. He never got his money back. What should I do?

If an EE order is unsuccessful, any payment that was charged or held is usually returned within 10 working days.
The transaction usually shows as a pending charge against the bank account, which should clear automatically.
If more than 10 working days have passed and the payment hasn't come back, I’d recommend getting in touch with our team, who will be able to help.

I want acces also the live chat.i want also send a email to EE but i did not find one.I call them,but they did not help me because they make a mistake and because theyre fould,i lose my money

Hi!I make one order by EE and was unsuccesfull.They say,they will make me refund in 10-14 days but they did not make it...When i call by EE,they say,that they can not help me because my answers from theyre questions was wrong...I complete my details and they write my name and my date of birth wrong and i did not see this.what can i do to take my money back?

Have you spoken to your bank as the money is not taken but reserved and will be released by your bank if not claimed by the retailer.
