Re: how can i find out if my order has been accepted?

Hi Chris I am sorry to reply to this message, I ordered the Google pixel 6a yesterday I've had the confirmation email to say my order was successful. But I'm not too sure what that means I have a order number does this mean it's gone through and is there anyway I can find out when IL receive it I try to put the order number in to track it but nothing happens thank you in advance Chris from teresa.

Thanks for coming here 🙂

Once the order has been processed you receive another email with a tracking number for the online order tracker, if we need any extra details from you we will let you know. 

DPD will text you when they have the order ready to be delivered. 

If you would like to make sure the order has been successful, please call us on 0800 956 6000

Hi Leanne thanks for getting back to me, I spoke to Chloe over the phone today and she said I should receive it Friday or Saturday but when I check the tracking number it doesn't work. Chloe did confirm that DPD will be delivering on one of the 2 days, if the phone isn't delivered by Saturday what do you think I should do and thanks again for contacting me Leanne.

Hi Leanne within 2 minutes of recieving your reply today I received a text message from DPD (Emma) and I've now received my phone thank you so much for the help and thank you for the super fast delivery it's only taken a day and half from when I ordered my phone and the Google pixel 6a is a great phone I love it thanks again EE.

Hi Leanne can you help me please I've had my bill through today but can't understand why it's saying £81.00 when it said only £31 a month for the phone. I want to keep the phone as I love it. But is it 81 or 31 a month as it's misleading on the ee website, it also said my bill would be on the 1st of every month I don't understand why there is a different price from website to bill and I have no extras or add ones.sorry for being a pain it was the Google pixel 6a thanks again

Can you see your bill in your My EE Account?

Since the amount is exactly £50, it sounds like it may be a deposit on the account.

Our Customer Care team will be able to take a look if you can get in touch.
