XKO order number

I done an order online and I received a reference number with XKO dose that mean I’ve been accepted or declined and I paid an upfront payment for the device thank you

I’ve done an order online last night and I paid an upfront cost of £30 pounds and received a reference number starts with XKO dose that mean my I have passed my credit check and getting my iPhone 17 pro max thank you

Welcome to the community. 

Is the payment showing as pending with your bank? 
When a order is placed a payment request is sent to your bank, but the payment wont be taken until the order is processed. Your bank will set the payment aside "Pending" until we take it. 
If for any reason the order does not get processed the bank will release the "pending" payment back into your account.

You can Track your Order, using your xko number.

If u have reached this stage does it mean u have been accepted for the contract i have just received an email  saying thanks for your order with an xko reference number also

Welcome to the community. 

When you receive an XKO order number this means EE have received your order, it does not mean your order is 100% accepted. 

Once all the checks have taken place, if there are any issues you will be contacted to get in touch. 

You can Track your Order using your XKO number, if you have ordered a sim card this will be delivered by royal mail and cannot be tracked via that link.
