The same for me, they saying is taking 2-5 days but still nothing

Have you contacted them? I really don’t want to have to? Thought this would be a straight forward process!

Didn’t really want to as thought it would straight forward. It’s the lack of updates which is frustrating

Usually it is a straightforward process, @Sussex468 

If you have the reference number you can track your order on our Track Your Order page.
 
However as its been more than 3 working days I'd recommend contacting our Customer Service team so they can check the order has processed correctly or if the SIM was lost in the post, and take the necessary steps for you to receive the SIM card as soon as possible.
