Which colour and storage size of the iPhone 16 Pro Max did you order? I can have a look to see if there are any delays on the model you ordered.

16 Pro Max 256GB Desert Titanium I ordered this on the 3rd but I haven't received any message when it will arrive and I paid the £30 deposit and the order came to my email address but I haven't received any date when it will be delivered.

It is showing as in stock for that model. Normally any orders that are in stock would be processed within one day and you'd get notification when it is with DPD to let you know when it will be delivered.

It may be worthwhile giving our customer service guides a call so they can check the order on the account to make sure it has gone through correctly, and if it has, check if there is any further update.
