Hi Leanne

I am currently waiting on my Google pixel 10 in 256gb they told me that my phone has been ordered and it will be on the way to me as soon as possible. Is there any chance I could amend it to the lower GB to get it quicker?

thanks Jena

Hi @Jena3,

Welcome to the EE Community

If you want to change your order to a lower GB storage model in order to get the phone sooner that is no problem. At the moment we have available stock on all the 128Gb models, available for next day delivery.

If you do wish to cancel the current order and place a new one just give us a call and one of our guides can sort that out for you.

Hello,

I ordered a Google pixel 10 on the 11th September and not yet to receive it. I called the other day and they advised that my phone has been ordered and it will be sent out as soon as it comes into the warehouse. Is there any chance I could amend it to the lower GB so I can get it quicker as I need to cancel my old provider asap.

thanks Jena

Hiya,

You're best best is to contact to EE directly to change an order. You can contact EE through: Contact Us | Help & Support | EE.

I know everyone's use is different, but nowadays 128GB may not be enough so whilst you may want to try and improve your order delivery time, make sure it's going to fit your needs for the next few years?
