I placed an order online to add to plan a TV. When I log on my account it shows it has been dispatched yesterday. I have not had a tracking number sent to me or no email saying it had been dispatched. Contacted EE yesterday, spoke to some one and he then sent me a text saying that was the tracking number but on Parcelforce it says its wrong. Phoned EE again eventually spoke to someone and he is now saying there is no tracking number?
As anyone had a delivery from Parcelforce with no tracking number? Hard enough trying to speak to someone and get to the correct department. Can anyone help please. Thank you very much in advance

Thanks for coming to our community.
Have you tried the tracking number on the Royal Mail website? Since Parcel Force and Royal Mail have moved to a new single delivery network, the number may work there instead.

Hi Lesley
Thank you for this, i've now downloaded the Royal Mail app. On the website on my computer it does not recognise the number but on the app it does and now saying they are expecting it.
Hope this can help if anyone has any future problems with tracking
