Can someone please help me?

 

I bought an iPhone 17 Pro Max 512GB in Deep Blue six days ago. The only email I received was the order confirmation saying the purchase was completed, and the payment has already been taken from my account.

 

On the first day, the tracking code (XKO) was working normally and showed that my order was accepted and waiting to be dispatched. However, the next day the tracking stopped working and now it only shows an error saying the code is invalid.

 

Since then, I haven't received any updates at all. No dispatch email, no stock delay notification, nothing.

 

I tried contacting EE by email but didn’t get any response. I also called customer service, but they told me they couldn’t help me with the order. Here in the community, I also haven’t been able to get any clear information.

 

I just want to know what is happening with my order. Even a delivery estimate or any kind of update would help.

@Brayangab139 , EE do not use email for customers, so not sure what email you used, you need to ring customer support and speak to them by pressing 150 and then option 2 and you should get through to someone.

If you are a new customer, see my signature for customer service.

We cannot help you here in this public forum, as there is no account access and we do not know who you are.

Also, please make sure that you have the DPD app, as you will receive notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
