I have ordered a tv on the ee app and when I go to track my order it says the reference number is invalid and doesn’t let me track it and I haven’t got a message from DPD with a pin for my delivery

Did you order the TV on a separate EE Finance agreement or by paying outright for it? Or have you bought a TV by adding it to your monthly mobile bill?
If it was the first option you should be able to track the order by logging into your online account and visiting the orders section, or if you placed the order without logging into your online account, via the guest tech order tracking page.
If you have bought the TV as an add to plan paid through your EE mobile bill and need help tracking, please give us a call on 150 from your EE mobile.
If you have bought it outright/EE finance and are unable to track it using either of those two links above, please call our team on 0800 079 0062 and one of our guides will help.

@GracieWestwood In that case please have a check on the links in my last message to see if you can track it that way, if not please call our electronics team on 0800 079 0062 and they can provide the details for your order tracking.
