Awaiting dispatch

I ordered the iphone 17 pro over a week ago now , i’m still waiting for dispatch i spoke to someone via message 3 days ago and they told me my delivery would be today ? well no and then i tried speaking to someone again today and they told me they can’t help with orders ? i’m very confused on what’s going on can someone please help ?

I've checked and the current estimated delivery timescale for that model is to 'expect dispatch within 7 days', so hopefully, you'll hear from DPD soon.

They'll send you a message the night before, and morning of delivery with a time window.

Fingers crossed you have it soon.

@e-lhay_ what colour? storage size ? Where did you order it ? Online, over the phone or via a EE store ?

Hi chris , the colour was silver. storage size being 256 i believe and i ordered it online.
