Hello , my name is Grigore *******, and yesterday i placed an order with a monthly payment, i received an email with confirmation and they took the 30 £ upfront, but i cannot see nowhere my order , order number is xko*******, thx

Welcome to the community,

The upfront cost should be pending until the order is dispatched, it will also depend what you ordered and whether there are others before you waiting for their order, as orders are done on a first come first serve basis.

If you download the DPD app and make sure that the information is the same as for EE, you will receive notification from them up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window with a PIN number which you will need to show the driver before receiving your order.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
